In
the 1980's and 1990's, plans were
labouriously drawn to scale using Staedler pens
and T-squares. Mistakes were painstakingly corrected
manually.
In
the 2000's, the use of computers, CAD drawing
software, and wide paper printers mean different
alternatives can be quickly and easily presented,
last minute changes can be accomodated, and the
client can intimately participate in the realization
of a project.
