CURRENT PROJECTS
W.A.F.T.-Architects are presently involved in a large variety of very diverse projects all over the country – large commercial centers, apartment blocks, hotels, car showrooms, office complexes as well as numerous individual houses from the luxurious to the small modest ones.

- OLYMPIA TOWER, Port Louis
A new 12 Floors Residential Complex with about 40 high class Apartments in the middle of Port Louis, with commercial lots and offices on the lower floors.
- MELDRUM TOWERS, Beau Bassin
A new 10-Storey Commercial and Residential Complex with 48 Apartments and more than 65 parkings near the centre of Beau Bassin.
- COMMERCIAL CENTRE, Flacq
One of the largest commercial centres in Mauritius (over 28,000 sq. m.) with several large commercial units, including a hypermarket, a big foodcourt, a leisure centre, more than 100 boutiques as well as many offices.
- NAM SHUN APARTMENTS, Port Louis
Ten Storey High Building with about 45 Apartments for the Nam Shun Society near the Champ de Mars in Port Louis.
- ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES AND FACTORY, The North
A new complex of about 30,000 square metres for an international company in the Freeport to cater for its administrative offices and factory.
- MONT CHOISY HOTEL, Mont Choisy
Extension and refurbishment plans for an existing beach resort hotel with the addition of new rooms and facilities such as spas etc.
- GIGAPARK, Phoenix
A new out-of-town Business Hub (about 10,000 sq. m.) in a region where access and parking will be much less stressful.
- SHOPPING MALL, Goodlands
A new multi-storey Shopping Mall with more than 50 shops and Food Court in Goodlands.

New High Class Office Block of about 3,000 sq. m. near Ebene Cybercity.
- 3-STAR HOTEL, The North
Hotel in the North (near Grand Bay) with about 70 Rooms, including restaurants and boutiques on the ground floor.

The biggest Shopping Mall in the North (over 20,000 sq. m.) with a Hypermarket, over 50 shops, Bank, Large Foodcourt, Cinema and Leisure Centre.
